1. OWNERSHIP OF THE WEB SITE AND SERVICES PROVIDED

SOCIEDAD ANONIMA DE CONSTRUCCIONES INDUSTRIALES (hereinafter “SACI”) is the owner of the website www.saci.es : an internet site designed to provide information services in relation to any activities that SACI may perform.

The website www.saci.es (hereinafter the “Website”) provides its users with information about products, solutions, services, innovations and other topics of interest regarding the aforesaid activities.

No commercial transactions take place on the website and the services provided by SACI through the Website are free, unless specified otherwise in relation to any such service.

SACI has its registered address at Calle Aragoneses, 15, sn, postcode 28108 in Alcobendas (Madrid) and it is registered in the Register of Companies of Madrid, in Volume 319, Book 146, Page 8094 , Entry  , and its T.I.N. is A-28027811

2. TERMS OF USE

Use of the Website implies the user's unreserved acceptance of each and every condition contained in this Legal Notice. If you do not accept any of the conditions of this Legal Notice, you should not use the Website.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Pursuant to the provisions of article 5 of Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) 15/1999, of 13 December CI hereby informs you that the personal data provided by the user to SACI , whether through the Website or by any other means, shall be added to a file owned by SACI , which guarantees the security and confidentiality of said data.

The data controller of this file is SACI , with its registered address at Vial Sant Jordi, sn, postcode 08232 in Viladecavalls (Barcelona). The user may exercise their rights of objection, access, correction and cancellation of their data pursuant to the provisions of articles 15 and 16 of the LOPD by sending a request to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. SACI collects the personal data of users to allow it to provide the services offered on the Website, to create user profiles with the aim of improving and personalising the services, and for commercial, advertising and training purposes. If the data that is collected is to be used for any purpose other than those described above CI shall request the express, written consent of the user.

SACI has taken the necessary technical measures to ensure the security of said data and prevent any tampering with, loss of, processing of or unauthorised access to it, pursuant to the provisions of the Regulations on Security Measures for Automated Files that Contain Personal Data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June.

SACI agrees to keep any personal data provided by the user secret. Therefore, unless it is legally required to do so, it shall not disclose or assign this information to third parties without the prior, written consent of the user.

4. MINORS

The contents of this Website are intended for adults. SACI does not seek to obtain personal data from minors. When SACI becomes aware that there is the personal data of a minor in its file, it shall immediately remove it.

All content, images, designs, drawings, logos, trademarks and any other element or distinctive sign that appears - or may appear in the future - on the Website are the property of SACI . The user shall respect such ownership when using the Website's services and use of the services shall not grant them any right in relation to the content of the Website.

SACI is the sole owner of the Website's exploitation rights. Therefore, any reproduction of all or part of it must be expressly authorised by SACI .

The Website may contain links to other websites, in order to complement the services offered to the user. SACI is not the owner of those websites, so it is not responsible for the content or any losses or damages that the use thereof may cause the user.

If the user of the Website enters those websites and accesses the services that they offer CI shall not be party to any kind of relationship that may be established between the user and the owners of those websites or any third parties associated with them.

Furthermore, the owner of any website who wishes to add a link to the Website must obtain the prior authorisation of SACI .

SACI shall not be responsible for the content of those websites containing a link to the Website and it shall not be party to any relationship that may be established between their owners and the users of the Website.

The commercial relationships between SACI and its customers are governed by the General Conditions of Sale of SACI and/or by other general terms or specific agreements. The content of the Website does not prevail over the terms of the commercial relationships between SACI and its customers, nor may it determine the commercial policy that SACI may decide to adopt at any given time.

The Website may contain subjective statements that express the opinions of SACI or third parties regarding future events and, therefore, they are subject to uncertainty. 9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

The terms of use contained in this Legal Notice, and the relationships between the user and SACI , shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law. In order to resolve any dispute that may arise, the user and SACI expressly submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Terrassa, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
